The Company Sukhbir Agro Energy Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name and style of Sukhbir Agros Private Limited on 21st December, 1999 vide Registration No. 16-23197 with the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, H.P. & Chandigarh.

Immediately after incorporation, the Company setup a Agro based Food Processing Unit comprising of Rice Mill having capacity to produce 2 MT of rice per hour in the state of Punjab. During the year 2005, the capacity of Rice Mill was enhanced to 4 TPH
